About Jay Monteith
Sea Isle is a special place for me. I met my wife right down the street in 1986, and we bought this home the year after we married in 1991. I strive to make sure that my guests receive the special attention to details that make their vacations relaxing and trouble-free.
Jay Monteith purchased this house in 1991
Why Jay Monteith chose Sea Isle City
Our home was completely redecorated in 2014 with new carpets, furniture and fresh paint, giving our 12-year-old home a 'new home' feel. Our home is walking distance to nearly everything in Sea Isle; dining, nightlife, watersports, fishing and some of the finest beaches anywhere!
What makes this house unique
1. Beds you can sleep on! Sealy Posturepedic beds throughout and new pillows every season.
2. Gourmet cookwear, spices and seasonings provided.
3. A backyard patio with gas and charcoal grills and plenty of seating for a party or barbeque
4. Big groups? The East and West sides connect at the upper deck (we own both). Accomodations for groups of up to 23 guests.
