Located in a small and well kept subdivision next to a beautiful park, this Kissimmee Florida vacation rental is perfect place for family vacations. Our rental home is just minutes away from Disney, championship golf courses and all that is required for an enjoyable vacation.

This well furnished 3 bedroom house rental Kissimmee is suitable for up to eight guests. The master bedroom with a queen-size bed features an attached powder room with en-suite facilities. Also, there are two TVs with cable and a DVD player. The second bedroom contains twin beds while the third one hosts a full size bed. A crib and a high chair are provided for families traveling with kids. The kitchen comes fully stocked and there is an expansive dining area as well.

The large living room of this Kissimmee vacation home rental boasts another dining area with sliding glass doors to the pool. There is an entertainment center, which includes cable TV, VCR and DVD player, books, magazines and games for your amusement.

Our fantastic heated swimming pool is a great place for outdoor dining while soaking in the beautiful views. It is screened for privacy and equipped with chaise lounges, umbrella table and chairs for relaxation. This Kissimmee vacation home has a barbecue grill as well.

There are tennis courts, basketball courts and a small kiddie playground nearby our child friendly Kissimmee home rental. You can easily access major Florida attractions, shopping centers and quality restaurants for enjoyment. If you are a golf enthusiast then this Kissimmee home near golf course is just perfect for indulging in your passion.

This beautiful home has EVERYTHING one needs; very clean, large home; big garage; relaxing pool; washer/dryer. It is close to all major freeways, stores & attractions. The owner is extremely pleasant & easy to work with. If & when we return for another visit, we will try to book this wonderful home again!!!! Also, the neighborhood is very quiet & well maintained. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!!!!!!

AN OUTSTANDING PROPERTY AND GREAT LOCATION

This property is everthing and more as advertised. Extremely clean with all amenities. Close to disney, golf, shopping, great restaurants and everything you could possble need. A friendly owner who was always helpful and available which contributed to a beautiful and relaxing vacation. The pool is marvelous and we plan on a return engagement. We have recommended this property to many of our friends.
