Wonderful lake front retreat on 3 acres of private waterfront property having over 400 waterfront feet of shoreline to enjoy! Updated camp with open floor plan on the first floor allowing for fabulous views from three sides of the home. Completely renovated in 1999 with hardwood floors, beautiful windows,glass sliders, updated kitchen and bath. Over 2000 square feet of decking surrounding the home with stone walkways and stairs to the docks for access to the water. The property includes a large lawn for family activities, tree house, sand box, and a large bonfire.

Located within an hour from Montreal, Lake Placid and Burlington VT. Perfect area to enjoy peace and quiet with activities in close proximity when desired.
About Meredith Quinn

We purchased this property to be a wonderful retreat for our family including our five children and three dogs. It has been just that giving us many happy moments of fun and laughter. I am sure it can do the same for you and your family.

The property offers the beauty of unbelievable vistas of the Green Mountains, a rolling lawn with lovely trees, a large bonfire pit, newly built tree house, and 2000 square feet of wrap around deck. Docks and a boat hoist are available for your use.
