With approximately 3000 square feet of of luxury living, this beautiful resort home features 6 carpeted and tastefully decorated bedrooms (each with a TV), four of them as master bedrooms with en-suite baths! One master is located on the ground floor with a luxury master bath complete with large garden tub, vanity unit and a very large shower. Your master is completely equipped with a large screen LCD TV, including a walk-in closet with a Hotel style safe for your convenience. The garage has been converted into a games room complete with large comfortable lounge chairs, card table, pool table, PlayStation game counsel complete with library of games, and TV/DVD. For those bringing their laptops, we offer free WiFi available throughout the home and pool area. Also included are free local & long distance phone calls in North America (Canada and USA) available on our cordless phones.

If you have little ones, enjoy complimentary use of a high chair, portable playpen, along with the convenience of a washer and dryer will help make your stay more comfortable as well. Upstairs, you will find five additional bedroom suites including the three large masters, and the two remaining bedroom suites contain one full bed and a set of twins.

Relax after a day out in the comfortable surroundings of the family room, complete with TV/DVD, HDTV Cable and a 46' large screen HD LCD TV with a Samsung surround sound system (library of DVD movies and board games/puzzles for the family are provided) including free HDTV cable with free movie channels.

The family room leads directly into the huge covered lanai and pool deck for a refreshing swim in the pool.The well equipped kitchen is ideal for those days when you want to eat at home with your choice of formal or informal dining areas.

The pool and lanai area is complete with a west facing pool (for sun almost all day) with direct breathtaking lake and conservation views, not to mention an incredible view of the Aviana Resort Clubhouse across the lake. The pool deck is equipped with plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing and two tables and chairs grouping to accommodate your large family or group ! Our family of 8 stayed for a Christmas & New Year's vacation. The property was very clean upon our arrival and in a safe gated neighborhood. The home had a great layout for entertaining and spending time together. It was also very spacious for a family and at a great price. Everything was functional (TV, internet, appliances). It was nicely decorated and cozy which made it feel like a home away from home. We frequented Disney World, and although not exactly next door, it was close enough to be a convenient and acceptable location for a Disney vacation. The owner was great- very helpful and communicative. Loved this home and would definitely stay again. Thanks!

The house is very closed to the pictures in the website and it is really as we have expected and much better!!! The property was very clean!!! The directon toward the house were simple and easy to get there!! The resort is awesome!!! We have spent great time there. For sure, We recommend to all guest!!!!! They won't be disappointed!!!

the house was absolutly beautiful the pics of the water view on the web site did not give the view in person justice it was my fav. part of the house the house was huge we had a large family on vacation with us and their was plenty of room for everyone we had our family space and our personal space the kids loved the pool and the game room and it was nice the club house was close i have 2 teenagers that went and worked out in the gym every day we also enjoyed the hot tub at the club house and took pics of the house from the club house the gated community was clean and very quiet the house was very close to all the parks and shopping i will recomend this house to others it was perfect and we would love to rent it again when we vacation in florida again and let me add it was very affordable it fit right into our budgit thanks again richard it was a perfect vacation in a perfect house

wanted to thank you richard the house was beautiful the water veiw from the back pool patio was breath taking the pics on the web site did not serve the veiw justice it was my fav. part of the house the house was beautiful also very roomy we had a large family it everybody had their own space and bathroom that was perfect was also close to all the attractions the gated community was nice and peaceful we would def. rent your home again we had an awesome time so did the kids thanks again for making our vacation amazing

Our stay here was like being at our home away from home, only so much better!!!

The photographs do not do this property justice! It is fabulous and has everything you could need! I was worried about getting a two story home because of my two year old, and even thought about bringing a baby gate, but didn't due to lack of packing space. When we got there, there were two gates for upstairs and down! They have thought of everything at this home! My sister, who has cancer, enjoyed soaking in the garden tub and was able to relax and enjoy her time in the master suite. The carpet is new and feels like chenille on your feet whenever you walk on it! Thank you for giving our family such a nice place to stay. We had ages 2 to 85 there and everyone loved it very much! Hope to visit again soon!
