Come relax and enjoy our beautiful 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit located on the 7th floor. Our fully appointed kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wine cooler and an automatic Ice Machine. The living area has a large flat screen TV and queen sleeper sofa. The dining and living area overlooks the Marina and Intracoastal Waterway. Barstools at the kitchen counter provide additional seating.
The Master bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV, jacuzzi tub and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom boasts two queen-size beds, which allows our condo to sleep 8 comfortably, and a TV. The covered balcony provides seating and a stainless steel natural gas grill for your use during your stay. Enjoy your coffee in the morning, or glass of wine in the evening overlooking the marina while watching dolphins swim in the Intracoastal waterway. The separate laundry area is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer.
The Wharf is a 220-acre resort that includes over 15 restaurants and many specialty shops, a 15-screen RAVE movie theater, the largest Ferris wheel in the southeastern U.S., a 10,000-seat amphitheater that features top national acts and legendary bands, , a world-class 208-slip marina with half a mile of boardwalk, an 18-hole championship golf course for the exclusive use of the condo owners and guests of The Wharf (off site), fitness center, and a conference center.
The Oasis, The Wharf’s tropical pool area, is a little corner of paradise featuring 3 pools -- a zero-entry wave pool, lagoon pool, and the Gulf Coast’s largest lazy river -- waterfalls, sandy beaches, activity pool area including a basketball pool, hot tub, hammock island, and tiki bar. When it’s time to relax, your cares will melt away as you float around and around the lazy river. Plenty of tubes and lounge chairs are available for your use, and towels are provided.
**Note: Access to The Oasis is limited to Wharf Owners and Reosrt Guests only. Guests are expected to abide by the rules in place for The Oasis. Please note the following that may assist you in planning your vacation. No outside food or beverages may be brought into The Oasis. The Tiki Bar & Grill serves food and beverage. Children under thirteen (13) years of age are permitted to use The Oasis facilities only if accompanied and supervised by an adult. *The Oasis Pool is owned and operated by The Levin's Bend Homeowners Association. Hours and Policies are subject to change without notice. *Maximum occupancy for your reserved unit is the maximum occupancy of guests allowed in the Oasis.
The Fitness Center, available to Wharf guests, is located on the east side on the second floor of Levin’s Bend. The center has restricted access and is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Experience the state of the art exercise equipment, including, cardio stations with personal televisions, while overlooking The Marina at The Wharf and the Intracoastal Waterway.
The Wharf also offers the following classes for resort guests: knot tying, fly tying, bait fishing, casting, fishing techniques and, for children, the popular School of Fish. All types of daily inshore fishing from light spin tackle and bait casting using live bait and artificial lures, to fly fishing for all types of saltwater species can also be booked.
