This immaculate, first floor condo is the perfect place to spend your vacation. Spectacular ocean views from the living room, master bed room, and the beautiful new deck. Full stainless steel kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave and granite counter tops. Maple hardwood floors through out. New furniture and beds, washer & dryer, and central air conditioning makes for comfortable stay. Cable TV, gas grill, and two car parking. Very clean, New, Right on the Beach. Short walk to the center, The Blue Ocean Music Hall and the Sea Glass Restaurant. Watch fire works from your deck every Saturday night, end of June to Labor Day. Take a short walk to Salisbury Center to listen to the local bands and watch the Saturday night fireworks. You may also choose to play in the Arcades with the kids, grab a slice of pizza, or fried dough. Enjoy fine dinning at the Sea Glass, or Capri restaurants, or enjoy a show at the Blue Ocean concert hall. Take a 15 minute drive along the coast of Hampton, or Rye beach and see the lovely homes, and coastal views. Drive into the beautiful harbor town of Newburyport, and enjoy shopping, antiquing, and fine dining.

A little piece of Heaven...

We stayed here during the off season, with 2 toddlers. Access to the beach is wonderful, just steps away, making a beach trip so much easier! The weather didn't totally cooperate, but just listening to the waves was bliss in itself. Everything was new and clean; the decor was gorgeous; the kitchen is well stocked for preparing full meals or just take out. Highly recommended for families with children. This beach was an excellent place for an introduction for our kids. Owners friendly and accomodating. We already are thinking of it for next summer!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
