In the event the premises are used at any time for unlawful purposes, at owner's option, the owner may declare this Lease null and void.

Loved the house....

A group of friends met from all over the US. We do this every year, but this is the first time we met in the early fall instead of early spring. For the first time in 5 different villas the hot tub was actually hot and the pool very comfortable!!
Joey was easily available before booking to answer all our questions.

We did cook at least once a day. No cookie sheets/baking pans, but we made do. I mentioned it to Joey when we got home and he glady said he would get some more. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The garage/game room didn't have A/C, but there was a fan and you could just open the garage door.

The main level has one queen size bedroom and a full bathroom that is on the other side of the house. It is nice when you are downstairs you didn't have to go through someone's room to get to the bathroom. Except for the carpeted stairs the house was all wood/tile with a few rugs. It made for a cleaner feel than some other places I've stayed.

Walmart, Wendy's, Publix... all very close. Didn't have to go through any security bars or gates to get into the communtiy which we were happy about. Sometimes they can be a pain. Easy to get in and out of the house....all punching #'s so no key to loose. This is a house we can defintily say we would stay in again.

Happy stay

We rented this house for a gathering of a few families and all of us enjoyed every single day of our stay. This property is located close to all the Disney parks by driving. We loved the house and the pool and kids enjoyed their rooms. The kitchen and dinning area was large and allowed a team of adults to prepare meals fast. We would definitely stay in this house again during our future visits!


In summary, the house is great with plenty of space & located in a great neighborhood that is close to the parks with a wonderful pool. Our short stay was great and we had a wonderful time.

A good match!! Smooth experience!

I was looking for a 7 bedroom villa for our annual golf trip and this one worked out perfectly. I had 8 guys with high expectations from previous trips and this home fulfilled our every need. The hot tub and pool worked perfectly (high priority for us) and the showers never ran out of hot water. The grill and kitchen worked out to good too. Each team easily cooked their signiture meals and we ate well. There were plenty of stores and shopping close by to pick up anything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and seeing one of our guys sleeping ion the princess bedroom was priceless!
The whole transaction was handled professionally. The only negatives I can think of was the lack of a cork screw, and it could use a couple more baking pans.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Really enjoyed!

This home was wonderful. Everything was clean & neat & in place. Everything we needed in the house was there. Stores, malls, and ect. were all a few miles away. No worries about getting lost. Disney World was very very close. Overall, it was a great stay for my family....very spacious. I would gladly stay there again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
