Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

This beautiful condo has all new furnishing and is a comfortable getaway for the winter snowbirds and other special vacations. This second level condo is easily accessed via an elevator from the reserved parking in covered garage. The spacious living area offers a large lanai with an overlooking view of the canal. The high definition plasma flat panel television is equipped with cable programming for all your favorite shows.

The fully equipped kitchen with granite breakfast bar is fantastic. Plenty of cabinet space and a full set of cooking utensils. The kitchen also includes a coffee maker, toaster, can opener, microwave, oven with cook-top, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher. Beautiful cabinets and plenty of room to stay at home when you are not enjoying the many fine restaurants in the area.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, television, walk-in closet, private bath with dual vanity, and separate shower and tub. There is also easy access to the lanai to watch the boats go by or the sun setting. The pillow top mattress helps drift easily to sleep.

OMG---- What a wonderful experience in Punta Gorda Isles

The listing of this beautiful property is exactly the way it is, ONLY BETTER!! The unit is spacious and being a corner unit, you have a lovely view from every window. The kitchen is beautiful and very well supplied; it has everything we could think of and more. Talk about clean.....everything was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of linens and lots of closet space. We really appreciated having the patio doors open to the lanai from the great room and master bedroom so that we could enjoy the beautiful view of the canal, soft breezes and watch the boats going by. No bug worries since the lanai is fully screened where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails . The owner was very helpful in answering all our questions and the manager was easy to reach in order to receive and return the keys. Great restaurants and shopping of all kinds are very close and convenient. We loved the option of using the stairs or the elevator on days when we were loaded down with goodies. Can't say enough about how comfortable and secure we felt. Looking forward to returning in the near future and would not think of renting from anyone but Jack & Linda. You thought of everything to make our stay a very comfortable and memorable event.!! THANK YOU!

I rented the condo for one month and found it roomy and well stocked. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. The pictures and video do not do it justice. The location is very convenient to everything! The owners of the condo are professional and attentive to details. I would rent this condo again and if unavailable, I would definitely work with the owners again to rent one of their other units.
