Studio, Studio + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

Located on the desirable North end of Anna Maria Island. This is a studio which is perfect for the snowbird that wants to be close to the fishing piers and the white sand Gulf of Mexico beaches. We only rent monthly or seasonally and have had the same people return for many years. We have a beautiful grassy front yard with many palm trees and tropical flowers. This studio offers a simple lifestyle reminiscent of 'old Florida.' You are within walking distance to two piers and a bayfront park. There is also the Pine Avenue shopping which is also a short walk away. There are a number of restaurants in walking distance. There is a free trolley that traverses the entire island. There is a marina on the island and there is a nature preserve five minutes drive away which is good for birding and kayaking and hiking. Anna Maria has a community center with fitness activities.

What makes this studio unique

This is a great spot for swimming in the gulf, hiking and shelling on the beach, and visiting the fishing piers. This island feels like paradise!

You won't get this close to the beach and the pier for a better price. Great fishing at the pier. Peace and quiet at Beane Point. The owners are very pleasant to deal with. We enjoyed our stay and we'll certainly be back.
