3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Direct Oceanfront Unit

We have owned this unit for 5 years and are able to offer it for rent the first time this year! Top Floor Corner Unit- incredible long north views as well as great south views down the beach. As you can see from the photos we have a large balcony. Remodeled kitchen and new stainless appliances. TV's in every room, wireless internet in unit as well as Brighthouse cabel (with the box!) Long distance is included on our internet phone.

This 5th floor unit has granite countertops throughout and is very nicely decorated. There is never a parking problem, except maybe on July 4, and there are no codes to get in and out of the building. There are 2 complex gas grills by the pool for your use. There are restrooms by the pool area as well. This is great for little ones so you do not have to go back and forth to your condo. Our sun deck is awesome because you can be right on the beach without the sand. Our facility is rarely crowded so there is always plenty of seating. There are 2 laundry rooms on each floor in addition to us having an inside stackable washer and dryer.

we have stayed in this condo for the last two years. we found it to be very comfortable, clean, and close to shopping and restaurants. it is right on the ocean which we enjoy very much as this is one of the reasons we choose new smyrna beach for our family vacation. we usually come down from georgia in september for our vacation so the weather will be more enjoyable--not as hot. also the rates are better this time of year. this is a good condo for the money. the kitchen is well stocked if you decide to cook. the two bedrooms have enough beds to sleep six . we like jb fish house, dennys and boston fish house. we do recommend this condo for your beach vacation.

We had a wonderful vacation again! The condo is beautiful, the view is beautiful and we had a wonderful time again. The other people at Hacienda del Sol II are really friendly also. There are many delicious places to eat around the area too.

The condo and entire complex was very quiet and well maintained. Great section of beach (non-driving) and beautiful view from the balcony. The condo was very homey and comfortable. The best part is that the unit is pet friendly, so my dog could vacation with me!

The unit was lovely and clean, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The listing showed 3 bathrooms, but this must be a mistake, as there were only two. But I would definitely recommend this unit to my family and friends. The unit is on a corner and the view is simply magnificent!
