The apartment is on 2. and 3.floor. Even one of the urban villa and has a surface of approx. 50 m². In the lower floor are the bath and a dwelling as well as the roof terrace. The modern beautiful shower with seat in the shower is equipped with towels, tooth finery cups and hair dryer. The living room with an attractive seat set, cable television, telephone with own MSN and with the possibility for 2 additional beds is suitable it as children's rooms. It has interior stairs to the upper floor. Here is more largely live -/sleep area with variable couches, small cosy group of seats, one mini HiFi Stereo Radio (CD and MC), cable television, a secondary telephone, a well sorted book/player all the same as well as current Berlin info-material. A pantry with a dining corner for 4 persons, equipped with all necessary kitchen accessories, is integrated. A garden of 830m² is due to the mansion with sow well couch meadow, garden pond plant, terrace and grill place.

Traffic light right into the Wegedorn STR; next traffic light left in Rudower STR over next traffic light crossing away, then right into the Normannenstrasse. The ' mountain ' up, over the first cross road and second house on the left side is your goal. Arriving with the course at Berlin: Drive on from the arrival station Schöneweide, Ostbahnhof, Zoologischer or Anhalter station toward airport Schönefeld with the rapid-transit railway line S9 or S45 to Altglienicke (2 stations before Schönefeld). Or if you arrive at Schönefeld you can take two stations to Altglienicke with each rapid-transit railway. From there with the bus 160 to corner Germanenstr./Normannenstrasse. Change on the other roadside and follow then to the bus 20 m left around the corner and you are at the goal.

wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Wir waren dienstlich 4 Tage im Wissenschaftszentrum Adlershof und hatten ab 14 Uhr Zeit für Berlin. Unsere Quartiereltern haben uns mit aktuellen Infos zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in Köpenick und Treptow hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir konnten kostenlos den Köpenickpass (800 Jahre Köpenick), das Internet und Telefon ins deutsche Festnetz nutzen. Die Wohnung für uns zwei machte Ihren 4 Sternen alle Ehre. Besonders vom schönen Duschbad waren wir angetan. Aus BaWü nach Berlin ist ja kein Katzensprung, aber wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder. Berlin ist Kultur pur und von diesem Quartier -auch wenn man zur Innenstadt 30 Minuten braucht- kann man es so richtig geniessen; dann aber für etwas länger.
Owner's Response: Seit nunmehr fast 10 Jahren vermieten wir das Appartement. In den nächsten Wochen erwarten wir unseren 1-Tausendsten Gast. Auf ihn wartet natürlich eine besondere Überraschung. Wird es wieder ein Gast aus Baden-Würtemberg? von hier kommen die meisten, gefolgt von Bayern, Niedersachsen und Thüringen. Aber auch aus den Niederlanden und Belgien kömmen häufiger Berlinbesucher, die für Ihre Unterkunft lieber ein Quartier etwas abseits des Großstadttrubels vorziehen. Zumal man von hier aus auch unkomplizierter die herrliche Berliner Umgebung zur puren Erholung genießen kann, -- wandern zu Fuß oder per Rad, baden, paddeln oder Solarboot-fahren, faulenzen oder richtig verausgaben. Und anschließend dann ins Quartier und das schöne Duschbad oder eventuell auch mal die Sauna genießen. Auf der Liegewiese sich ausruhen vom anstrengenden Tag oder im Garten ein gutes Glas Wein oder ein kühles Bier trinken, -- wäre doch ein Vorschlag; egal auf welche Art und Weise man sich den Tag gestaltet hatte. Wir wünschen jedenfalls allen unseren lieben Gästen eine angenehme Nachtruhe nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag. "Und morgen machen wir dann ..." na, nehmen Sie sich nicht zu viel vor. Planen Sie maximal beim Stadtbummel Ziele für 4 - 6 Stunden ein. Die restliche Zeit geht für Unvorhergesehenes und notwendige Pausen für die immer müder werdenden Füße mindestens drauf (falls Sie Ihre Ziele überhaupt alle erreichen). Als Stätereisende wissen Sie das natürlich, aber es gibt ja auch die Urlauber, die zum ersten mal in eine so große Stadt reisen. Haben Sie bitte keine Scheu; Sie können uns alles fragen und wir werden Ihnen wo wir können auch helfen. Wir wollen, dass alle unsere Gäste gerne an Ihren Berlin-Urlaub zurückdenken und vielleicht auch ein zweites Mal zu uns kommen (hoffentlich ist dann der gewünschte Zeitraum auch noch frei).
