Susi's Beach house is 'Old Florida stlye living at it's best'. The house has been completely remodeled and is colorful and gives the feeling of beach house living

The house has 2 bedrooms, with king size beds,a huge living room and a very large den with beds that sleep an additional 5 people. A total of 9 can sleep at the house. A video of the house is available at susisbeachhouse dot com..Included in the house rental package is unlimited free access to all of the facilities at the North Captiva Pool and Tennis club, which includes 2 swimming pools (Olympic size heated and cooled + lap size heated) and a jacuzzi. The brick paved pool area is over 14,000 square feet, with over 80 chaise lounges, plus a Spa facility with steam room, sauna, air conditioned changing rooms and lockers

For the active type, the private Club also has two lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, a fitness room, basketball court. You can then relax with your favorite cocktail at Hidden Cove Pool Bar, where a pool side lunch is also available. Kayaks are available at the private Club. There are also four restaurants on the island: The Boat House, Mango's Island Grill, Barnacle Phil's, and the Safety Harbor Pool Restaurant.

The house is built on a large private lot with a large deck with table and chairs.

Susi's Beach House is located one house from the beach and a three minute walk to the beach access. Rental includes high speed wireless broadband Internet, use of an electric golf cart for Island transportation.

North Captiva Island is an Island north of captiva in the gulf of Mexico. North Captiva can be reached by a daily ferry(6 scheduled runs per day) boat or private plane. There are no cars on the island. For transportation one uses electric golf carts.
