Year round home in the Great Camp tradition. The house and grounds takes you back in time, when people came by train from all over the country to Summer or Winter in the crisp, clean Adirondack Mtns. Some came to escape from the hot cities,others came from mid-west farms during the growing season to return for the harvest,, and many came to become healthy again , as diseases were fatal back in those days. Now--- we just have FUN - FUN - FUN!

We often X-Country Ski/Hike/SnowShoe to Brewer Lake- NYS Trail starts on the property. 2.5 mi hike or small vehicle trail to a' read about ' WILDERNESS Lake.

The house and grounds take you back in time. Our wall of history is about Otter Lake's Grand Hotel, which was directly across the street, and the roll our house played during the heyday from 1890 - 1960. Back in the day, this house was the general store, railroad depot & post office.
