Cancellation between 45 to 90 days from arrival receive a full refund less two nights room and tax and $59 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 45 days from arrival are non-refundable. Deposit is two nights room and tax with balance due 45 days prior to arrival.

I bought at Honua Kai Resort & Spa because it is BRAND SPANKING NEW. Everything else I looked at was 30+ years old. Even though most have been upgraded, Honua Kai's structure from the foundation to the elevators are brand new and top of the line. That is what was the deal maker for me. Plus the world famous Duke's Restaurant and have you seen our amazing pools.
