is only 13 miles from The Country Cabin with horseback riding, indoor/outdoor pools, a tram that takes you deep into the Bluestone Gorge for a great dining experience! There are all kinds of hiking trails to enjoy.
Bluestone State Park, Bluestone Lake and Bluestone Dam - These beautiful scenic spots are located 8 miles past Pipestem State Park. Guests can rent a boat at the Bluestone Marina or simply enjoy an outing at the park, with a great outdoor swimming pool and lots of hiking trails. Bluestone Dam is open for tours from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Great hunting and fishing is available year round at the Bluestone Wildlife Management Area.
Camp Creek State Park - is located just about 12 minutes from The Country Cabin and is wonderful for hiking and outdoor enjoyment and equestrians.
New River Gorge Bridge - Worlds longest steel arch bridge. Experience Bridge Day in October where base jumpers parachute off the bridge.

Outstanding restaurants and are found on the premises of Pipestem State Park. Seafood buffets and prime rib special. Also, The Oak Supper Club is also a favorite dining place. It is located just past the entrance to Pipestem State Park.
