Beautifully decorated condo with all the conveniences. Condo has been totally renovated. Condo is kept exceptionally clean, and is located on the top floor of a very quiet 5 story building and sedate part of the Gulf of Mexico. Outstanding sunsets can be seen from large, private balcony or by taking a romantic stroll on the beach. Condo has 1050 sq. ft. of living space with fully equipped kitchen along with a king size bed in MBR with outstanding view of Gulf of Mexico from MBR or living room. Queen size bed in 2nd BR. Queen size inflatable mattress also available. New leather furniture in living room. All necessary cooking utensils and towels/linens are provided. Full size washer/dryer in condo. Owner lives less than 5 minutes from condo in case of concerns. Designated covered parking provided. Free HI FI internet service. Large screen, HI DEF TV in LR and TVs in MBR and 2nd BR. Located directly on Indian Rocks Beach situated on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico which is an extremely quiet,non- commercialized beach. The condo is located approximately 10 minutes south of Clearwater Beach and 30 minutes north of St. Petersburg Beach. Both St. Pete and Clearwater beaches are highly commercialized and often very crowded. Whereas,Indian Rocks Beach is seldom crowded except some holidays which is rare. Several restrauants are located close to the condo,with some within walking distance. Beach Trolley(low cost)stop is located one block from condo, if you don't want to drive up and down the beach. Four excellent shopping malls are located close by: Tyrone Mall in St. Petersburg appox.30 mins., Countryside Mall in Clearwater approx. 45 mins., Westshore Mall in Tampa approx.40 mins. and International Mall in Tampa approx. 40 mins. Several movie theatres located within 30 mins. Numerous outstanding restrauants located within 30 mins. of condo. Owner is happy to assist you.

Other Activities: In shore and off shore fishing trips available within 15 mins from condo. Waverunning, boat rentals, parasailing,shelling trips, dolphin tours within 15 mins. of condo. Clearwater Aquarium (where 'The Dolphin Tale' movie with Winter the Dolphin was filmed) is within 15 mins. from condo. Tampa Aquarium is located approx. 45 mins. from condo. John's Pass with numerous shops and restaurants located 15 mins. south of condo. Historic Ybor City nightlife and Channelside located approx. 45 mins. from condo. We fell in love with this condo. It's private, comfortable, immaculate and tastefully decorated. Every amenity you could possibly need to enjoy your stay is provided!
Now for the best part - the view, the view, the view!!!! The minute you walk in the door you see the Gulf of Mexico stretched out before you across the whole back glass wall /door of the LRM. Same for Master Bdrm. The balcony beyond is the entire width of the condo, with a wall on each end for complete privacy. We loved going out on the balcony early in the morning with our coffee. It looked different every day.The sunset on the water in the evening was gorgeous too! We saw dolphins several times and once watched a dolphin jump completely out of the water! Magnificent! There are also many kinds of sea birds to watch. Walking on the beach was wonderful too!
Indian Rocks is laid back and "homey" with plenty of casual choices for dining, some within easy walk. We'd recommend this hideway to anyone needing some great R&R. We can't wait for next visit - maybe in spring!
PS: Bill was an excellent "host", very pleasant and helpful!

This has to be the best vacation for my family & myself to date !
We really felt at home here at Pelicans Cove & Bill the owner was very helpful with any questions we had.
His Condo was super clean , well decorated ,nicely furnished & had everything we needed & what a great location as well .
There are lots of local restaurants , beaches, golfing & attractions.
We were very fortunate this holiday to spend 3 weeks at Pelicans cove . We made some new friends at the pool & beach & didn't want our vacation to end.
Thanks Bill for a great holiday & we hope to see you , Jimmy , Tommy & the gang next year !

STUNNING VIEW

This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo has a magnificent view from both the livingroom and the master bedroom. The unit is very clean with spotless ceramic tile floors throughout. The location is in a decent area of Indian Rocks, with a bicycle rental right across the street. The owner is very reliable and true to his word.
We had a great time, but I must admit the view stole the show every time we entered the unit. If you love sunsets...this is the place for you.

WHAT A GREAT TIME!

This was our second stay at this condo and we've had a great time. The condo is very nice,(as you can see in the pictures), clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The views of the sunsets from the balcony are amazing. Great beach, you can walk for miles. Lots of restaurants with-in walking distance. I would certainly recommend this condo. Can't wait to go back next year!
