Our vacation home is conveniently located mere minutes from the junction of the I-4 and Hwy 27. Disney is only a 10 minute drive away and Sea World, Wet n’ Wild, and Universal Studios are just under 20 minutes away. Imagine starting your day at a theme park, pop home for lunch and a dip in the pool, then heading back out refreshed for more fun.

There are many great golf courses nearby. It’s just a 30 minute drive from Orlando International Airport. And should you need some groceries, fast food or pharmacy supplies, it’s just a mere two minute drive away.

Your stay with us puts you just 75 miles from the Gulf Coast and its stunning beaches and 65 miles from Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic Coast. So you can be dipping your toes in the ocean in no time at all. Our central location makes it a perfect spot to base your Florida vacation.

  • Our 1800 sq. foot home features new carpet with two beautiful master suite bedrooms with queen size beds, en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The main en-suite bathroom also has direct access to the pool deck. The third bedroom has a double bed, and the other two bedrooms feature twin beds. A queen sofa bed in the family room provides sleeping comfort for two additional guests. And our handy Portacrib, high chair, baby gate, strollers and car booster seats makes your trip packing that much lighter if an adorable infant is part of your holiday adventure. Excellent property for families who are vacationing in Orlando and visiting Disney. It was nice to come home to the pool, games room and kitchen to cook dinner. The house is close to the theme parks, Orlando tourist attractions and grocery stores. My teenager loved the fact that it had wifi and we enjoyed watching movies on Netflix at night.

Amazing trip in Florida!

The house was absolutely perfect for our group! We had 6 adults and 4 kids and not once did we feel crowded. The pool was amazing, the house was clean and had everything we needed, best of all the owners helped us with any issues/questions we had without hesitation. The location was also perfect for us with Disney minutes away as well as shopping and other attractions. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely return in the future!

An excellent family villa, an amazing location and even an alligator chilling in the pond behind!

From start to finish the friendly, efficient service offered from the owners was was first-class! Full details of the villa was received as soon as the booking was made. These proved to be an accurate description of the first-class facilities the villa offered. The villa itself was spotless with great attention to detail. Our group ranged in age from 17 to 70 and we all enjoyed the wonderful villa, free WIFI (the villa even provides a computer!!) and pool. The villa's location (only a couple of minutes to the I4) meant we were near to all Orlando attractions, as well as doing day trips to Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Centre.and Busch Gardens. We will certainly be returning in the next couple of years!

Great family vacation home!

We have gone to Orlando many times, but this was our first time staying at a vacation home instead of a hotel. We were suprised by how much space we had and the nice high ceilings. It was a nice change from a cramped hotel room. The place was very clean and inviting. The private pool was a hit, we swam before we went on our day outings and again when we got back. The location was very easy to get to any of the Orland attractions. The Publix grocery store (up the street) was great to save on having every meat out. We would definitely return!

Just as Described...

We meet my parents every year near Orlando and rent a different house each time. We have been pleasantly surprised as well as greatly disappointed. Luckily, this home was just as described and pictured. Neighborhood was nice to walk around, ample room inside and beautiful pool outside. Had what we needed and the grocery store was close by. Thanks so much!
