My friends and I were looking for a July 4th getaway when we stumbled across this beautiful listing on HomeAway. We emailed the owner, Kathy, and instantly got a response. Her immediacy and detail were only the beginning of a very attentive and responsive owner. This was HUGE going into the reservation, and only further advantageous during our stay. Not only was she accommodating in our arrival and departure, but she was so detailed in helping us plan our stay. I so VERY MUCH appreciated that!!! Apart from that, the pics do not do the house justice! It is an IMPECCABLE piece of property with all of the amenities listed (PLUS a game room in the basement!). The location is also ideal as you have easy access to Sag Harbor, East Hampton, etc due to the main road being so close by. Our group had a blast, and hope to repeat it again next year! Thanks Kathy!! :)
