Come and stay in our lovely studio condominium at the popular Maui Banyan Resort - it is affordable yet has all you could possibly need and more. 'T' building is the farthest away from busy South Kihei Road making it very private and quiet. There is a lovely tropical view with palm trees and Hawaiian flowers plus tasteful decor for an island-style experience.

Our Maui Banyan condo is the closest rental we have to the beach. It's a short walk through the lush tropical gardens to Kamaole Beach II, a gorgeous white sand beach great for boogie-boarding, surfing, snorkeling or swimming.

Maui Banyan has been said to be a fantastic complex for its location, friendly staff and quality facilities. The number one drawback according to trip advisor guests has been its outdated decor and furnishings. As Steve and Tamara personally manage their units and want to provide a superior experience for their guests at a competitive rate, we have completely updated this unit.

You can also be assured your accommodations will be clean and comfortable. Live the easy island life -enjoy the spectacular Maui sunsets oceanfront across from this great resort.

My husband and I stayed at the Maui Banyan room T-204A for 6 nights. We booked directly through the owners, Steve & Tamara. Some of the rooms at the Maui Banyan were once two bedroom condos that have been converted to a one bedroom and a separate studio. We stayed in the studio because the one bedroom was already booked. The room was about the side of a standard hotel room with a kitchenette. It had dark shades, air conditioning, flat screen tv with cable and has been updated and is very clean. The bedding was so comfortable! The owners did a wonderful job making the room as cozy as possible. I would stay at the Maui Banyan again due to it's convenient location in Kihei across from the beach but I would prefer to stay in Steve & Tamara's one bedroom condo which is beautiful. It turned out that my friend booked that room so she showed it to me. It's gorgeous and completely remodeled. I would suggest booking your rooms directly through the owners though because a lot of the rooms at the Maui Banyan have not been updated so you never know what you're going to get until you check in! We had a large group staying there for a wedding and about half the people got a nice remodeled unit and the rest got older ones but for the same price. I would highly recommend this place.

About Steve and Tamara Farwig

Tamara and I have lived on Maui since 1994 and our two young children were born and raised here. I am a Firefighter for Maui county work at the Kihei fire station. We have enjoyed owning at the Maui Banyan due to its lovely grounds, pool areas, and proximity to the wonderful beaches in Kihei and Wailea. We live five minutes from our properties and take great care to ensure our guests are happy. If you need anything while you are staying in our condos we are here to help you.

Fantastic Accomodations

2nd trip to Maui, our first staying in a condo. We will be back! In fact, we have already sent a note to Steve and Tamara to rent next Xmas. Fantastic accomodations - had everything we needed and such a convenient location. Love being able to walk to everything. The walking path out back is great - much nicer than taking the road. I absolutely loved everything about T204A. The bed was cozy, the dark curtains were private and the lush vegetation right outside the lanai offered privacy and attracted the beautiful birds. Everything was clean when I arrived and the kitchenette was more than adequate for an 8 night stay. Thank you for your hospitality and providing me with a quaint, nicely decorated condo. I would love to come and stay again.
