It is situated on the Manors South at Westridge, a tranquil, exclusive private gated community on Hwy 27, midway between Hwy 192 and the Interstate 4.

With high 'cathedral' ceilings and offering over 2,000 feet of spacious accommodation you will be able to relax in comfort.

Disney Parks are less than 15 minutes away and the Gulf coast resorts of St Petersburgh and Clearwater can be reached in less than an hour.

The villa has an enviable position, backing onto woodland and the enlarged south facing pool benefits from all day sun a 'must' in the winter months.The villa has been beautifully furnished, and offers a luxury level of comfort.
