Four bed exec villa located on Tuscan Ridge. It is just 5 miles from Disney and has a Publix & Amenities such as bars and restaurants within a mile.

This one storey four bed villa is located on Tuscan Ridge. It is just 20 mins from Disney and has a Publix & Wallmart within a short distance. There are restaurants nearby plus a number of sports bars and two major supermarkets.

Optional pool heating available and FREE WIFI. The Villa has a High Chair, travel cot and Stroller.The villa is also close to numerous high standard golf courses. It has free wireless broadband internet access and cable TV.

The villa has a private 30ft south facing pool, in pool jet spa and excellent furnishings & facilities.Tuscan Ridge is an exceptional community - quiet and peaceful yet with fun bars and restaurants, outlets stores and the new Posner Park Retail Experience with JC Penny, Target, Belks, Best Buy, Staples, Dicks Sports Store and many more including some of the areas best fine restaurants and budget places such as Beef O' Brady's, Dennys and all the usual fast food outlests nearby.

This home is very well stocked with towels, linens & a fully equipped kitchen. To the rear is a yard area with grapefruit and orange trees behind the private pool.This well maintained yard benefits from a oversized plot and the Owner prides themselves on quality maintenance and value.
