You will definitely enjoy this brightly colored condo with wonderful details! Freshly painted in fall 2011. You get a queen size bed in each of the bedrooms as well as a brand new queen size sleeper sofa. The owner has provided a wonderful den as well as a living room to hang out in. The 10 Foot ceilings and 8 foot doors make you feel like you are living in style! Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances will make cooking at home a pleasure if you decided to stay in for a night.

You are located on the first floor, within steps of both your private boatslip and the pool. You can sit on your private balcony and enjoy the infinity pool that overlooks the marina. Beside the pool is a hot tub for you to soak in. The Beach is just a short walk away.
