The second floor villa is one of the few beach front villas at Palmas Del Mar. It is located in a private, gated complex known as The Beach Village, whose main attraction is the beach. Not only is the view breathtaking but you truly just exit the building and step onto the sand. Rental of this villa also includes accesss to the private pool located directly across from our front door entrance. The location is perfect and one of the reasons we purchased the villa. The view from our villa is spectacular and through the years has been featured in several advertisements and brochures. Accommodations include a one bedroom, two bath villa that sleeps uo to four using a pull out sofa. The 900 square foot villa is air conditioned and not only decorated with a tropical flare but is equipped with all modern amenities including two cable televisions, high speed modem internet access, a fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer and of course, maid service is also available to ensure you get a well rested vacation. Our beach villa, including its location and view is nothing short of paradise with many things to do.
