Crescent Cove has some of the most magnificent Ocean Views in Palmas Del Mar. With clear visibility you can easily see beyond the ocean and sometimes clear to, Vieques.

Crescent Cove 100 is a unique property.

Situated at the left, ocean end of the condominium complex, the second unit in provides a unique vantage point for viewing the beach and the ocean. The upper three floor villa faces south east overlooking the waves and palm trees. Only a single villa can be seen and the pool and the rest of the complex are never in view!

Nights are filled with the sounds of the waves crashing ashore and the direct ocean breeze. The villa is close to the beach, away from parking lot traffic or other intrusions. We are on the quiet side of the complex.

Inside the three floor feature a modern kitchen, W/D, pleasant dining and living room areas, three 1/2 baths, three bedrooms and a small deck on the second floor and a large deck on the top floor.

This is a perfect location to explore all the Caribbean has to offer. Things to do from the beach, to snorkeling, sailing, fishing, exploring Puerto Rico or the sports venues such as tennis, golf, etc, we are a bike ride, a golf cart or a short ride away.
