If I were to define customer service at its finest - that would be the one that I experienced in your hotel.
Amazing hotel, not only offering great service,
but includes multiple restaurants for dining, a coffee shop/cafe for breakfast,
a club, wine bar, pool, outside pool restaurant just among a few things.
The Junior Suite are spacious,
comfortable and offer a computer, WiFi included,
safety box and a great option of snacks, if you need a little chocolate fix late
at night, lol! If and when I return to
South Beach I would no doubt stay at the Fountainbleau again!

My boyfriend and I traveled to this property with another couple last September. Our reservation was done through VBRO, David stayed in touch throughout the process to ensure the booking was done properly. The day BEFORE our flight out, David texted us saying that our unit had BED BUGS!! It wouldn't be ready for another week---WHAT! You can imagine the anxiety of worrying about where we were going to end up staying!
David rested our worries and assured us that he would handle the situation. He went above and beyond and contacted another suite owner to allow us to reserve for the weekend. The room we were in was actually better than the one we originally requested because it had a direct beach view! hehe.
Ultimately, I just wanted to commend the Manager on his customer service. I will definitely reach back out to him the next time me or any of my friends travel out to Miami. Thanks!
Booking with David was everything but simple... very hard to get in touch with, don't return phone calls, text messages or email... wasn't sure I had a reservation until a walked in the hotel.... I'm very easy going and never experienced something like that... Staff at Fontainebleau is extremely rude.... and confused.... pool service was lost, valet service was lost, reception was lost.... and private owner service is even worst... hang up and screams at guests.... Rooms were spacious but dirty and not delivered on time... but no one really cares.... The weather was the only great thing about our stay in Fontainebleau. I'm very disappointed, will never go again....
This was a bad experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone. My girlfriends and I looking were looking for a relaxing weekend in Miami, because we booked with David there was nothing about our trip that was relaxing, especially the way our stay started. Our room was not ready until after 6pm. We were just left sitting in the lobby waiting for hours. The hotel staff informed us that David's previous guests did not check out yet, and could not clean the room. David gave us the run around and told us it was the hotel's fault for not cleaning the room in time, his response was to take it up with owner management and they should make it right. After that communication with David he no longer responded to my phone calls or text messages. We went to Owner's Management and spoke to Joseph. He informed us that David's guests did not leave until after 5:30pm and there was nothing Joseph could do for us because everything is on David since he is the renter. The hotel did not have the ability to kick out his guests. We FINALLY were let into our room and the room itself was in shambles. There were stains on the floor, which a cleaner came in to clean while we were getting settled, the coffee table was completely broken and pushed into a corner. The fridge had broken parts. The fixtures where pulled off from the wall in the bathroom. The toilet would run constantly and not flush easily. David did not make ANY effort to make this right for us. The discount of booking through him and the hotel was not worth it. I highly recommend to AVOID booking anything with David. His lack of communication and lack of accountability was truly upsetting.
