The 'Guest House' cabin is located on 23 acres in the Ouachita National Forest overlooking the Caddo River. Rental rate is for 4 people, add’l charge per person/max. of 6. Well equipped outdoor kitchen w/gas grill. Multiple outdoor entertainment areas. Relax on the gazebo deck, lay in a hammock or jump in the hot tub with views of the Caddo River and the Nat'l Forest. Picnic table, fire pit, horseshoe pits and hammocks at the rivers edge. Year round attractions include Hunting, ATV trails, fishing, hiking, biking, canoeing, golfing and antique shopping. Fall offers local festivals and scenic drives. Great area to ride your motorcycle. Abundance of wildlife, great bird watching. Hunting/Fishing guides available. Ouachita Mountains/Lakes are hunters/fishermen’s paradise. Area lakes offer some of the best striper/bass fishing in the country. Everyone welcome. Located in Black Springs, Montgomery Co, AR on Hwy 8, near Hot Springs & Lake Ouachita.

It was so fun to use the outdoor kitchen and lay in the hammock! Loved the decor and Lori is a gracious hostess who had thought of every detail. FYI: you will not have phone reception, but wi-fi is available. The river is crystal clear and fun to explore. Yes, you are very close to the owner's home, but it is a non-issue. Plus, it is kind of nice to know someone is right there if you need help. Loved Lilly the dog, she was a great tour guide and protector!

I can't say enough about this place. It is perfect! Beautifull surroundings, the creek has crystal clear water that we enjoyed on a daily basis. It would be great for any type of vacation, whether you are taking a family vacation or a romantic getaway. Hot tub, outdoor kitchen, hammocks, the place has everything that you could possibly want and more. If you can relax and have a good time here, there is something wrong with you.

GREAT GET~A~WAY

What a fantastic get~a~way! The Guest House is perfect for 2-6 people. The owner had thought of every little need a renter could need for a stay. The location is perfect...not too far but far enough to escape the hectic daily life. The view of the crystal clear Caddo River is perfect, the outdoor kitchen is perfect, the hot tub and gazebo are perfect. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to get~a~way! Thanks for a great Memorial Day weekend. We will book again!

Immaculately clean! Lori is a gracious host. She was helpful and accommodating yet she allowed for total privacy. The cabin was warm and inviting. The outdoor kitchen was fantastic.
