Relax in this comfortable villa featuring a king bed master suite, queen bed 2nd bdrm, and twin beds in the 3rd bdrm. The villa is one story 1245 Sq Ft and fully equipped (including laundry) for your vacation. The view out the back is private and scenic. All furnishings are newer and the villa is fully tiled. WIFI in the villa and 32' TV.

This gated community is located approximately 40 min south of the major attractions such as Disney, Universal, Sea World and just west of Legoland. With tennis courts (2), basketball court, shuffle board, ping pong, swimming pools (2), child pool, Hot whirlpool, and child's play area there is lots to keep you entertained.

For the golfers there are 5 courses within 10 min of villa. Sun Aire, Diamond Back, Greenlefe, Stonegate and Southern Dunes

I have never rented from Home Away before this. This house was absolutley amazing! We were very comforatble and relaxed! It is nestled away from big city but close to Tampa and Orlando. The community is great and the people were very friendly! I am truly impressed with the home and the process of renting from home away. It beats a hotel stay any day! We will definitley use again in the future.

This is our 2nd time staying @ Lake Marion Resort & our 1st 3 month stay @ this great villa but it won't be our last. We'll be returning to this property next year. The villa is beautiful, clean & well stocked. The furniture is new & very comfortable.. The pictures of the villa & resort say it all!

The resort is enough close to Florida attractions yet quiet & relaxing. We thoroughly enjoy the pool,hot tub & walks around the resort. Sunsets over the lake are awesome! Shopping, restaurants & golf are near by.

Everyone is very friendly & helpful & we've made many new friends. Our communication with the owner has been easy & timely. A definite thumbs up home away from home!! says this Central NYS couple

Relaxing Stay!!!

I've done the Disney World trip a couple different times now. While staying on the park has its advantages, I have to say that staying in this spacious little villa was probably the best choice we've made yet! With an infant and a toddler in tow it was nice to return to this homey atmosphere at the end of the long day. The kids were able to play it the morning and evening without feeling the need to get into everything. The pool was a great break from the parks. I love being able to cook my meals and have everything I need right there. Although its a bit of a drive from the parks we liked the fact that it gave our little ones a chance to wind down after spending the day at the park. They were usually asleep by the time we arrived! WHOO HOO! The baby got to nap in the car on the way to the parks. Perfect for us. Only thing I wish it had different was a Pack n Play and a high chair, but we worked it out. Great place at a great price! Highly recommended!
