Kai Kala is consists of 4 buildings, giving 10 bedrooms sitting on 2½ acres of fruit trees and flowers on a cliff that overlooks the sea. Hideaway Cottage has 1 bedroom and is located right on the cliff’s edge looking down onto the wooden deck entryway into the sea. Bamboo Cottage has 2 bedrooms and is set in the gardens. Sea View Cottage has 3 bedrooms and is set in the gardens with views of the sea through the trees. The main Kai Kala Villa has 4 bedrooms and is set above the swimming pool and looking out to the sea.
This villa is located 5 minutes (driving) from the center of Ocho Rios, known for it’s activities, shopping, nightlife and sports. There is an impressive entrance gate The beach is only a 5 minute walk away.
Kai Kala Villa
To enter the main villa, you cross a clear Perspex foot bridge with a golden koi filled stream underneath and a nearby waterfall. The main villa offers the main living and dining areas as well as the bar area and fully equiped kitchen. There is a pool set in a furninshed deck. A separate area of the pool is heated and features jets providing a jacuzzi. The fuurnished and covered verandah is a popular gathering place.
