With sumptuous suites, apartments and cottages to comfortably house 20 people our intimate resort is fantastic accommodation for large groups travelling together. Originally planned as land based crew accommodation for the multi-million dollar yacht fraternity, weddings, anniversaries, parties, photo shoots, and incentive groups, will all find what they need in this magnificent house.
The main house has four suites. All four suites are decked out with diamond roofing and floors in hardwood. The pebble-paved bathrooms have open roof showers & tropical plants. Each suite is 450 sq. ft. The 650 sq. ft. dining/living room, with state-of-art Entertainment Cabinet (50” plasma TV and Bose sound system and mini mac computer), merges to an additional 700 sq. ft veranda over looking the historical Nelson’s Dockyard, two half bathrooms accessible from the back veranda. There are plenty of comfortable couches and armchairs as well as a 16 ft long table that seats up to 24 guests.
All 4 bedrooms, furnished with 4 posted king size beds, have an en suite bathroom with “open air” showers, air conditioning, dual voltage 110 & 220 power supply, high speed internet, phone, safe, refrigerator, LCD screen, IPOD decks, AM/FM radio & alarms. Beds cannot be separated but an additional single bed can be made available. Our development also includes a green & white stone infinity plunge pool with 8 Jacuzzi jets, 200 sq. ft. white stone sun platform with outdoor shower, a 500sq.ft. bamboo gazebo with hammocks and sun beds, and a 10,000 sq. ft. garden planted with over 100 tropical fruit trees and plants.
The 4 suite bedrooms can sleep 8 adults, sharing the king size bed and using the extra 1 single bed can be used to allow for 12 people.
The rate quoted is for the entire house using all four suites. There are additional suites available on the same property, inquire for details.

Antigua offers many great island tours – go shopping in the capital (St. John’s), visit historic sites, check out the beaches and local residents or sail to the nearby islands. There is no shortage of activities in Antigua.
