Casa Francesca also benefits from its location in one of Central Americas largest private wildlife corridors. Expect daily visits from the local friendly monkey troop, along with sightings of parakeets, and sloths.

This three bedroom 2 1/4 bathroom home is able to sleep five to six people comfortably. The two large bedrooms in the main part of the home each contain full ensuite bathrooms, comfortable king sized beds and ocean views. The third bedroom is located in the designated office space (located right at the pool, you can step right out of the office and plunge into the water) and contains a large, comfortable futon that can easily be converted to sleep one to two people.
Cook like a chef in Paradise: The living, dining, and kitchen space all have spectacular ocean views, and are surrounded by large Japanese style sliding doors that you can open for uninterrupted ocean. They are also all located within steps of the 15meters, stunning blue, infinity pool so you can take a refreshing dip whenever you so choose! Modern conveniences such as a Smeg gas range, stainless steel appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen make cooking that fresh seafood you bought from the local fisherman on the beach a breeze. Enjoy your meal inside at the large stone counter top/breakfast bar, or outside in the shaded patio at the large dining space. The airy, comfortable living space seats 6 plus people comfortable and is a great space to enjoy music and play any of the games provided in the evening after the sunsets.
Surrounding Area, Vehicles and Conceirge : CasaFrancesca is located either a short 15 minute walk or short 5 minute drive down the private road to some of the finest beaches in southern Nicaragua, Playa Maderas, Playa Majagual and Playones. There are surf board rentals, and a small selection of cafes to make your day at the beach both comfortable and enjoyable.
An English and Spanish speaking “meet and greet” is included in the cost of rental. This home also enjoys the benefits of secure private parking and 24 hour security in a locked, gated community. Maid and pool service is included, laundry service on request.
