This spacious, well equipped studio has a signature curved balcony to the front of the building in the up-market neighborhood of Palermo. It is high enough above the street to benefit from breezes and sunlight - while avoiding any noise.
This 2-person studio is in a modern building with a large, open lobby and the services of a porter. The apartment has lots of room to make the stay for a couple completely comfortable, whether for a short break or a longer vacation. Close to the elegant Avenida Libertador, you can enjoy a walk past many fine buildings, or in the Rosedal Gardens –the Japanese Garden – or by the lakes of Palermo Woods. The location of this studio is also convenient for public transport and taxis to many theatres, the opera house, art galleries and marvelous shopping – as well as historic buildings which are such a feature of beautiful Buenos Aires!
In the apartment is a luxurious, king size bed, with bedside tables and lamps, as well as having plenty of room to move around. The end wall is sliding glass doors to the balcony where there are 2 sun chairs for you to enjoy sitting out, and absorb the atmosphere of this Latin city. A TV is opposite the bed on an antique, red lacquered Chinese cabinet, and a room divider separates the sleeping area from the living space. 2 comfortable, white linen covered arm chairs – with a floor lamp - and a coffee table are set on a rug, for just relaxing – or perhaps reading about Argentina in some of the books provided for your enjoyment?
There is a counter top separating the exceptionally well-equipped kitchen from the rest of the living space and 2 stools to sit and take a coffee – or eat a meal – you can order in anything you could possible want 24 hours a day, in Buenos Aires. There is a fridge, gas cooking, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a vast array of china and glass so you can entertain friends for a drink – or a coffee – as well as pots and pans.
The bathroom has everything, it is fully tiled from floor to ceiling, and has a marble counter top with wall sized mirror, excellent lighting, a shower above the tub, and a bidet, The closet for 2 is spacious and very well provided with linen and towels, spreads for the bed, and plenty of hanging space and shelves. Near the door are coat hooks and a mirror, in fact everything you could want is here!
The apartment has under floor heating and airconditioning. The décor is light with neutral colors, interesting art and plenty of natural light and good light fixtures.
