This townhome is located in the gated Crestwynd Bay community, It's the biggest unit in community which locate the nearest to the Disney World (4 minutes drive).Why stay at a hotel when you can have the equivalent to a 1600 sq/ft 5 Star super luxury suite with all the comforts imaginable.

Our townhome has 3-bedroom (1king,1queen and 2twin beds.both on 2nd floor), 2.5 bath, a covered entry and open patio. lockbox with key at the unit provides convenience and safety, Free WiFi,One 42',two 32' and one 24' TVs and xbox360 game station.Free local and long distance telephone call USA and Canada.Baby crib, high chair and stroller in house for your convenience.Fully-equipped kitchen, dining table with seating for six, and a full-sized washer/dryer.The community pool is 100 feet away from my unit. We offer washer and dryer as well as linens and towels. Checking In is by key code, you can check in anytime after 4PM.

This was a great place to stay for our Disney vacation. The pictures accurately represented the interior and everything was clean and in good repair. Nice quiet gated community was ideal for relaxing when we weren't at the park and it was only a 15 minute drive to the Magic Kingdom parking lot. The crib and extra stroller were HUGE bonuses for us. Definitely would recommend to friends or family.

Very spacious for a big family! Homey. Playground and pool are very handy for kids. Close to Disney. Safe community. We love it and will come back again!

Great option for family

We 5 were there for a staying of 3 nights. The house condition is as what described in the pics. Very convenient and comfortable for family traveling, especially with elderly and kids. Felt like our own vacation home.
The guarded community is also nice & quiet.

Great location: close to Disney Parks, several restaurants & stores.

Need to remember to get your own detergent if you want to wash clothes. No head light in any bedrooms or living room.

My wife and I rented this great condo with our three kids and my in-laws (grandma and grandpa to the kids.) It was great. Having all bedrooms on one level was terrific, because my two older kids (4 and 6) shared a room and instead of waking up mom and dad, they ran into grandpa and grandma's room in the morning. We had the second bedroom and took advantage of the crib (for my 15 month old). The second bedroom was the size of most masters.

There was plenty of room upstairs and downstairs. The location is great, only a couple of miles to Disney. Target and Publix very close by and many restaurants (Olive Garden, Chilis, Applebees, Outback, etc)

The place was very clean too. This is very important when renting from a private owner. Iverson was great and answered all my questions before we booked and some even after.

Great Family Time

We had a great time at this house, it was as described and very comfortable like home feeling.
I will definitely recommend to my family & friends.
I will suggest some thing to owner please provide small stool for kids in the bathroom area so they can easily reach the sink.

Over all we had a great time.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
