This beautiful loft is located in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located within easy walking distance of historic Old Town Fort Collins, the main library, museums and Colorado State University. The loft is located on the second floor of a c.1902 brick carriage house. An interior staircase brings you to an open living space punctuated by large windows which let in an abundance of natural light. Original wood floors run the length of the space as well as into the adjacent bedroom. Exposed brick walls add a rustic charm and a full kitchen allows you to cook meals when you choose not to sample from the many incredible restaurants nearby.

The location and setting of this property make it the perfect place to stay while exploring what Fort Collins and the region have to offer.

About The Owner

My family loves historic homes, gardening, good food and playing in the outdoors....all things we've been able to enjoy in Fort Collins and the surrounding area. By having others stay in our loft, we hope to give them the chance to experience these things also.

The Owner purchased this barn in 1996

Great place to stay in Fort Collins! Description and pictures were extremely accurate! The loft was clean and well maintained! It was very homey and confortable! Having the washer and dryer available was a great addition! Our hosts were available for questions and made us feel very welcomed! parking was easy the property was close to everything we wanted to see!! we would highly recommend it!

Charming Downtown Carriage House

Staying in this charming carriage house was about as good as it gets. The owners were young, personable, and very welcoming. From magazines to music, it felt so cozy and homey. If you like architecture and design there are many interesting touches to appreciate. Also, a great location to town.

This place had three fantastic qualities. The owners, the house itself, and the location. The owners couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. A week before we were scheduled to visit a massive forest fire broke out west of Ft. Collins. The owners were very helpful and honest with advice on how it could affect our trip. Once we were in town, they also provided some great recommendations. The house itself is great. Very quaint, cozy, loft feel to it. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all of the action downtown.
