The property can be rented as a 3 or a 5-Bedroom for the winter of 2012-2013, but is priced as a 3-Bedroom. Ask for 3-Bedroom winter rates. Located between 7th and 8th Streets, this home is right in the center of Old Town, just 2 blocks off of Lincoln Avenue. It's an easy walk to all of the restaurants, shops, or bars. The Yampa Rivar, Core Trail, Rodeo Complex, Ice Rink, Howelsen Hill, & Emerald Mountain offer recreational opportunities right out your door. Nicely Renovated & well keps, this 3 Bedroom has a versatile bed setup, & functions like a 4 Bedroom. There are 3 Bedrooms upstairs with a shared full bathroom. On ground floor, the Den has a Queen Murphy bed, a full bathroom, & French Doors for full privacy. Please note that there is no cable TV, only Apple TV and Netflix.
