Our property is located in beautiful, Lake George Village. It is walking distance to area beaches, shops, arcades, restaurants, boat cruises, library, museums and more. We are driving distance to many area attractions like, Six Flags Great Escape Theme Park and Water Slide World and 15 minutes to The Saratoga Race Track and Racino.

We have a charming, updated 3 bedroom home. The first bedroom has 1 double bed, the second bedroom has 2 double beds and the third bedroom, which is a finished basement, has 3 double beds. We have 2 full bathrooms, a fully-appliance d, eat-in kitchen, a living room with 2 couches, one of which opens to a queen bed and a laundry room. There is also an in-ground, heated pool, a screened-in gazebo, BBQ grill and picnic tables.

All linens and dishes are also included.

Upon arriving, you will receive coupons to our family-owned restaurant, Giuseppe's, and our pub, The John Barleycorn.

Lake George is a beautiful area to visit. The lake itself is 32 miles long, is spring-fed and is called 'The Queen of American Lakes'. It is surrounded by the magnificent, Adirondack Mountains and it is also our drinking water!

There is so much to do in the area; swim, sail, hike, ski, golf, bike, horseback ride, fish, hunt, dine, shop - you name it, you can do it! There are also many museums and the area is full of history.

Every Thursday night in the summer, enjoy the fireworks display over the water or take a boat cruise and watch them from the boat!

A wonderful newly decorated home that was perfect for our extended family of nine...with six children under 9 years of age. The private in-ground pool was like a gift that keeps-on-giving. Located within walking distance of the center of downtown Lake George, we walked every night for the free entertainment on the shore of the Lake and ice cream. Great value for the money and our hosts could not do enough to ensure our satisfaction. A bonus was housekeeping cleaning up every day. A real gem close to all the action and even a supermarket within walking distance, if you need it. And, a DVD player, three televisions, and free internet access.

Great Place for family

The house was terrific and the owners were very welcoming. It was great to have our own clean, beautiful, heated pool and not have to share with adjoining cottages. The location was quiet and yet very close to all the downtown action. Within minutes, we could walk to shops, restaurants, and of course, Lake George. Thank you for a great experience- would recommend.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

We always love coming to Lake George and staying at your place! The kids love the pool and it's an easy walk into Lake George Village. You take such great care of the house and the grounds and we're looking forward to coming back next year! We've already made the deposit!
