This beach home is perfect for 2 families with nearly 2,100 sq ft inside plus 3 covered porches!

This beach home is perfect for 2 families with nearly 2,100 sq ft inside and 3 covered porches outside. The first floor features a family room with plenty of seating for 10-12 people. There is an open dining area with a table for 8 plus a breakfast bar and island for additional seating. The downstairs has beautiful tile floors and granite counters in the kitchen! The spacious master on the main floor has a king size bed and chaise lounge. Second floor features a REC/bonus room with an additional TV and a pullout sleeper sofa. This room opens to a large covered front porch providing sunset views over the Corpus Christi Bay. There are 3 additional bedrooms: 2 with queen beds and 1 bunk room to sleep 5. This home sleeps 12 easily. The side porch and rear deck overlook Lake Colby, the fishing pavillion, and the boardwalk. Your children will have hours of fun fishing on this lake and riding bicycles around our community. Cinnamon Shore is a master planned pedestrian friendly community.
