We all had a great time.
The location is the key to this property.
The grass yard was perfect for out 2 year old granddaughter. We caught fish 40 feet from the back door. There was plenty of shade from the beautiful trees. We were close to the marina and took advantage of the boat rental discount as well as the private dock. There was plenty of parking (ours was just steps from the front door).
