Some of the amenities of this well-maintained home are a great room with gas fireplace and views of Mt. Tallac, the Sierra, and the surrounding forests; Jacuzzi tub in the master bath and gas fireplace in the master bedroom with deck and view access; separate guest ½ bath; two additional bedrooms with fireplaces; game room with gas fireplace, foozball, board games, and darts; wet bar with bar fridge and microwave; and, sauna and indoor hot tub.

The home also includes 4 HDTVs, one with Blu-Ray DVD, and a CD/IPOD player/stereo; wireless internet; and, BBQ on the deck for the summer visitors.
