Our 2400 square foot villa has the largest floor plan available in Tivoli! Soaring ceilings and plenty of sunshine add to the spacious feeling. Our comfortable family room with a large flat screen television provides space for the whole family to relax and enjoy a movie. The chef in your group will love our gourmet kitchen which is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a wonderful family meal. The charming dining area seats eight guests with additional kitchen bar seating for three.
There are four bedrooms and four full bathrooms which provide ample room for up to eight guests. Our master bedroom suite features a king bed with luxurious linens, a television area, and access to the outside lanai. The private bath is newly renovated and complete with an oversized shower and a jetted roman bathtub. A second guest bedroom suite offers a queen bed and a full bathroom. A third guest bedroom suite also features a queen bed and a full bathroom. There is a staircase leading from the family room to an upstairs loft (fourth guest bedroom) which provides a children’s den area with a double trundle bed, love seat pull out twin and a television viewing area. There is a full bathroom with shower on the mail floor to accommodate the guests in the loft. Our laundry room also features a full sized washer and dryer.

There is always something exciting to observe –a group of golfers, a family enjoying a walk, bicyclers or an evening sunset. Our comfortable patio furnishings make relaxing outdoors a pleasure.
