This 3 bedroom cottage is located on the south end of Torch Lake with direct views of the famous Torch Lake Sandbar. The home features a beautiful sand beach with gorgeous sunset views, a brick fireplace, a sun porch and a large garage. With over 50 feet of direct lake frontage, you'll love spending your summers splashing on the shores of Torch Lake. The patio and grill for outdoor entertaining, cable tv and washer/dryer make this home comfortable for your family vacation. If you'd like to bring your boat you can anchor it in front of the property (no mooring or dock) and you'll find boat access less than a 1/2 mile away at Torch River Bridge.
