This is a waterview, light and bright 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath (includes 1st and 2nd floor master bedrooms each with baths en suite) beach house was built in 2009. Relax on 1 of the 3 decks to enjoy the beautiful views of Vineyard Sound, Falmouth Heights Beach and/or Falmouth Inner Harbor. This home offers wireless internet, wash/dryer, fully modern kitchen with dishwasher and all amenities, dining area, living room with 42” HD Plasma TV. The outside welcomes you to a beautiful patio with grill adjoining the grassy yard, enclosed outside shower and ample parking. There is just walk to neighborhood restaurants with live entertainment, basketball court, ball field and Kite Park. The Ferry to Island Queen to Martha’s Vineyard is an easy 5 minute walk from the house. Linens and towels (not beach towels) will be provided.
