With easy access to the club, spa, courts, and pools, this exceptional World of Tennis condominium is one of the best at the resort. It is located in the premier cluster where the resort owners built their condos so you can experience the optimal location and views. About the condo: Lakeway and the World of Tennis are located on Lake Travis, a magnificent body of water outside the city of Austin. You'll find an assortment of enjoyable activities like water skiing, sailing, and boating here. Because of its best-in-class tennis facilities, the resort is also quite popular as a winter retreat. Make it your home for weekend adventures or even monthly getaways! Over thirty years ago, the Lakeway community developed as a retreat for residents of Dallas and Houston. Since then, the condos have had nearly $2 million spent on the exteriors and continue to be destinations of choice.

World Of Tennis Complex: Approximately 2 years ago, ClubCorp renovated the facility spending approximately $4 million. It is one of the finest Tennis & Workout Facilities in Texas. The pool is the shape of a Tennis Racket. What was originally the dining areas with great views, are now the workout area with beautiful views of the 'Hill Country'.

Boating: Lake Travis is one of the favorite destinations for guests wanting to enjoy boating on a large lake in Central Texas. While boats & trailers are not allowed in our complex, there are many good Marinas and places to dock your boat & leave your trailer. The Marinas to contact are; Lakeway Marina, Hurst Harbor Marina, or Emerald Point Marina.

Lakeway Swim Center: Our newest addition to Lakeway fun, is the 'Lakeway Swim Center' which is located at the front entrance to the World of Tennis Condos and across the street from condos. This is available to all of our guests. There also is a $250,000 skate board park for the children, and many other activities available.

I love tennis and the World of Tennis is a paradise for the sport ... along with golf, boating, skiing, and more. I built and operate an award-winning environmentally-aware hotel in Austin called Habitat Suites and enjoy being in the hospitality field.

I bought my first condo 30 year ago when they were new. They are more beautiful today. Nights are quiet and you can see the stars because there is no light pollution. If you fly, you are a couple of blocks away from a beautiful private airport.

We really enjoyed the condo and staying in Lakeway. The condo is decorated so lovely and the kitchen is great. We forgot our towels and yours were incredible!!! (and the sheets)
We love to play tennis and to have your own court is awesome. 6 deer came by when we were playing and the children could not believe it. It was too chilly for the pool but maybe next time.
The wireless internet connection has a really strong signal and I was able to work! Very important to me.
Thank you and see you next Spring Break for sure!!!
