The 4 bedroom, 3 bath Garden View Air Conditioned Extra Deluxe condo is located in the Regency Phase II section of the Poipu Kai Resort. The 1,900 square foot condo is approximately 600 yards from the beach and designed with a full kitchen, separate living room, dining area, master bedroom/bath, second and third bedrooms, second and third full bath, private garden view lanai and laundry area. Condo is non-smoking. The condo is furnished with one king, two queens and two twins. Additional bedding arrangements for ninth or tenth guests are found in the living room in the form of either a sofa bed or tri-fold futon(s)*. Resort pools, tennis, hot tub, extensive tropical gardens, on site restaurant, several golf courses, shopping and more restaurants are nearby. *Additional bedding is provided for parties with more than eight people. A nightly charge of $10.00 per person is applied for ninth or tenth guests. Pack-n-play cribs can also be reserved for $10.00 per night.
