The open kitchen with stainless steel appliances allows your group to prepare your favorite meals to enjoy together around the dining room table. Distant views of Little Traverse Bay can be seen throughout the seasons. Petoskey Grove has a main floor queen-sized master bedroom with a flat screen TV. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a bedroom with three twins, and a bonus sleeping area adjacent to the twins bedroom that has a queen sized mattress. Spend your evenings in the fenced-in back yard hosting a summer BBQ on the large deck. Or sit back on the large sectional sofa in the living room and watch a movie. The porch swing on the front porch is a great place to relax with a good book. Other great features include wireless internet, wood floors throughout, brand new front load washer and dryer, and a cozy living room and sitting room perfect for conversing after an eventful day. The home does not come with AC however fans are available for those occasional warm summer days. Located near the corner of Grove and Waukazoo, this home is just a few blocks from the famous Gaslight District shopping area in Downtown Petoskey where unique shops and great dining await. Or take a walk down to the Bayfront Park where you will find the local marina, playground, baseball fields, and access to the Little Traverse Wheel Way bike and walking path. For a change of pace, take a day trip to nearby Harbor Springs, Bay Harbor, Boyne City, Charlevoix, Mackinaw City, Mackinac Island, or the Upper Peninsula. Downhill ski slopes may also be found nearby in Harbor Springs at Boyne Highlands and Nub’s Nob or in Boyne City at Boyne Mountain.
