This modern, light-filled apartment has a private balcony with great views of the city

Whether you want to explore the wonders of the city or enjoy a tranquil retreat after a long day of work, this exclusive apartment outshines many other rental properties in the area. Meticulously appointed with first-class amenities, modern design features, and the best quality furniture and fixtures.

The building is one of the newest in the area (completed in 2011). The apartment is within walking distance of the Botanical Gardens, Paseo Alcorta Mall, cafes, bars, art galleries, restaurants. Buses and the subway are a short five minute walk away and will take you straight into the city center and to all the major tourist sites.

The kitchen is efficient, stylish, and well equipped – with a stainless steel sink, granite countertops, a Nespresso machine, and an extensive range of appliances and dishware. A wooden counter with two designer bar chairs separates the kitchen from the main living area. A sofa and coffee table are opposite the TV.

The bedroom features a king-size luxury mattress, a custom-made headboard, and reading lamps.

The rear wall of the apartment is glass, letting in natural light and giving the place a spacious, airy feel. Sliding doors lead to the balcony, where there is a French-style café table and two chairs.
