Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from Sanibel Surfside 234.

Unit 234 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located in building 2 on the top floor with elevator in the building and offers about 1300 square feet of living space.

Features a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots/pans, utensils, dishes, etc. Off the kitchen is the small dining area and the living room which offers a Queen Sleeper sofa, TV and DVD Player. Sliding glass doors off the living area open up to the spacious screened in porch with a view of the Beach and Gulf of Mexico.

The master suite offers a King Bed and attached bathroom with tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and adjoining bathroom with step in shower.

This unit also comes equipped with bed/bath linens, wireless internet access, washer/dryer and starter kit with bath soap, facial and toilet tissue, paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent and garbage bags.

Sanibel Surfside is a very well maintained beachside complex located off of Donax Road off Middle Gulf Drive. Features beach access, covered parking, elevator, community pool, Tennis, BBQ Grills and Shuffleboard.

Sanibel Surfside requires a seven night minmium stay and this unit can accommodate a max of people.
