Minimum Rental: 1 Month Enjoy a relaxing summer and fall here in the Keys at this immaculate and charming two bedroom and two bath condo. While the owners attend to their other property "up north" you can relish all the delightful amenities of their condo. This unit is beautifully appointed and offers comfortable accommodations - fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, king size bed in the master and queen bed for your guests. Located in the heart of Islamorada, you'll love the charm of an ocean front complex with the large freeform pool, hot tub, sandy beach and dock privileges. There's even a well-equipped gym for exercise enthusiasts. You'll find this location exceptionally convenient to fabulous dining and recreational opportunities. Sit by the pool, on the sandy beach or on the screened balcony of your unit and enjoy the magnificent tropical views.

Rate Details: Rent is $4000 to $4400/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $175 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; $45 accidental rental damage insurance; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Utility Caps/Mo: $125 electricity. Condo Association Charges: There is a required application and a fee of $100. Travel Insurance: This is an optional service we offer through Travel Guard.
