Private Sandy Association Beach approx.200 yards away with this sweet 3 bedroom , 2 bath Beach House! Lovely Lewis Bay area of West Yarmouth. Close to everything Yarmouth has to offer ~MANY beaches, boating, fabulous restaurants,Golf,shopping, & The Zooquarium.

Home is on a nice corner lot w/a spacious back yard and enclosed outdoor shower. One level living with a formal dining room as well as an eat-in kitchen~Master bedroom has it s own separate wing from the other two bedrooms and living room has pretty hardwood floors & fireplace.
