This is a professionally managed property. The availability calendar for this property is kept accurate and up to date. This property rents from FRIDAY to FRIDAY with a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. Do not inquire for more than the posted maximum people this property is advertised for. The maximum number of people allowed includes children, infants, and adults. NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere on or inside of any of our rental properties nor are those who may partake in tobacco smoking allowed to occupy any of our properties. A 50% deposit is due upon return of the rental agreement (100% is due if it is less than 60 days from arrival date). We offer all our terms and policies on our website, which we will guide you to prior to booking the property. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------LEDGEWOOD - Located in a peaceful summer vacation neighborhood, this 1980's built summer home overlooking Ash Island and the Mussel Ridge Channel is a perfect vacation retreat. It has a large lawn for tossing a ball or frisbee and sits gently sloping 250 feet from a beautiful rocky beach which is perfect for launching a kayak or taking a leisurely walk. This property has a large yard and offers many opportunities for outdoor activities. Beach chairs to carry down to the beach are included. Dolly's are available to cart your or our rental kayaks to the beach for a paddle to nearby Ash Island, into Owls Head, or towards Rockland. And for the sandy-beach lovers, beautiful Birch Point State Park is a short 3 miles away and is easily accessible by car, bike, foot or kayak.
