Oceanfront Complex. 5th Floor Condo with Ocean Views, Heated Pool and Tennis

Minimum Rental: 7 Nights Charming 5th floor condo with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony. New owner has just refurbished this unit with new furnishings and all new linens. Each of the two bedrooms has access to the open air balcony with fabulous ocean views. Two full baths, one with a bath tub, make this an ideal place for a family of 4 or two couples. Each bedroom has its own TV. The living room features a new 40" flat screen TV and DVD player, cable service with entertainment package featuring HBO and Showtime. WiFi internet is also included. This condo complex is an ocean front property and offers a sandy beach, a tennis court, swimming pool, exercise room, and community room for social events. This complex is conveniently located in Islamorada with an easy drive to shopping, fishing, diving, restaurants, and all entertainment.

Rate Details: Rent is $850 to $1100/week depending on season. Additional Charges: $175 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; $45 accidental rental damage insurance; and 12.5% state and local taxes. There is a cap of $120 on electricity for all monthly rentals. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Travel Insurance: This is an optional service we offer through Travel Guard.
